The study was based on the views of 281 senior staff from the study area. It was a quantitative study with self-administered questionnaire as the main research instrument. The results from the survey were processed with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v26.0). The results of the study concluded that the senior staff find it difficult in balancing both work role and family or personal roles. Also, it was found that, senior staff at the University of Cape Coast had high levels of performance within the organisation.
