The study focused on tutors' attitudes towards students' appraisal of their teaching effectiveness in the Bono Region of Ghana. A quantitative descriptive survey design was adopted to conduct this study. The population of the study involved four Collages of Education selected from the Bono Region of Ghana. A multistage sampling technique was used in the selection of the sample to be included in the study. Questionnaires were used to gather data in the present study. Data were analysed with Microsoft Excel and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The analysis conducted were frequencies and percentages, independent sample t-test, Pearson Product Moment Correlation, and one-way ANOVA. A Cronbach‘s Alpha was used to test the reliability of the study instruments. Findings from the study indicated that tutors have a positive attitude towards students' appraisal of teaching. It was recommended that even though student appraisal of teaching is beneficial and accurate, it should not be the only indicator of measuring the tutor's effectiveness.en_US
