The study adopted the Post- Positivism philosophy. The study sampled 214 employees from the university using Simple Random Sampling Technique. The explanatory design was used. The partial least square structural equation modelling technique was used to analyse the main objectives of this study using SMART PLS version 3.3. The major findings of the study were: negotiation strategy had a significant effect on performance; third party intervention strategy had a significant effect on performance; communication strategy had a significant influence on performance. Based on the findings, it was concluded that conflict management strategies that are employed in the University of Education, Winneba, have a considerably impact on performance of the administrative senior staff. It is recommended that management of the university should ensure that there is regular dialogue and discussions among the administrative senior staff.
