Findings from the study revealed that majority of the senior members experienced some form of stress and do not put in any coping or management strategies to avert the situation. Furthermore, the study revealed that length of working in the University and age were not significant factors in the management of stress. Conclusion and recommendations were made to serve as a guide for senior members and other workers in general.
