Personal interviews and questionnaire were used to collect data. The findings of the study suggest that there is a performance management programme in place in the hospital. Managers and employees see the performance management process to be useful to the efficiency of the hospital. There are however some challenges facing the performance management programme.Respondents reported lack of feed back as a major problem.
