Data was analysed discussed using descriptive (mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentages) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and simple regression). The study found that motivational packages (M=3.22; SD=0.90) are available in Senior High Schools of Cape Coast Metropolis. The teachers are satisfied (M=3.13; SD=0.77) with the various motivational packages. Teachers have positive perception (M=3.46; SD=0.71) towards motivational packages.
