The thrust of this paper is to explore John Wesley’s leadership paradigm as a model for Ghanaian pastors. This was done by reviewing literature on John Wesley and his leadership style. It came out that some Ghanaian clergy lack Christian moral values and leadership qualities. They suspiciously based their values on their circumstances and personal interests such crave for wealth and fame. The paper concludes that adopting the John Wesley’s leadership principles would help redeem the tarnished image of the Ghanaian clergy and would thus enable them live a Christ-like lifeen_US
